During his tenure with Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) as Senior Vice President of International, he led, assisted and managed the international operations of the Fortune 25 company. Led by Atul and his seasoned team, Cardinal expanded profitable operations to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, UK, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, Japan and other global locations. More importantly, his time around the globe allowed him to earn the admiration and respect of global CEOs, business leaders and government officials.

Atul is a strong proponent of globalization and disruptive technologies. He serves on the Board of Advisors at the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University. Atul is also an active Board member of the Software division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).

Atul began his career in the healthcare segment of the outsourcing industry. After school, he joined a 48-year old healthcare services company, Rural/Metro. There, Atul played a very pivotal role in helping grow this $50 million company into a $500 million company in less than six years. He progressed through the ranks quickly, and left the company as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. The next opportunity pursued was at Cardinal Health. Atul led their international businesses and helped establish the infrastructure needed to successfully run global operations. The thirst to fundamentally change a business model led Atul to found neoIT with Avinash Vashistha in June 1999.
